Enterprise Park and Delphi intensify cooperation

Delphi Poland, a leader of the R&D sector, has increased cooperation with Cracow’s Enterprise Park by leasing another 6,300 s qm of office space. It will be located in Building F, within stage IV of the complex, which will be commissioned for use by the end of 2017.

Delphi is among key tenants of Enterprise Park since 2012, and has occupied almost 22,000 s qm office space. Its new office space will be located within building F and is scheduled for occupancy in December 2017. At the same time, the owners are working on broadening the list of services that will be available to tenants. Recently, it was enriched by a restaurant (Warsztat Kulinarny) and a kindergarten (Pod Magnolią).

The Enterprise Park complex is located in the south of Cracow, which guarantees easy access by car and public transportation, as well as the vicinity of the airport and large housing estates. The project currently comprises four A class office buildings with a 100% occupancy rate, and a total area of almost 36,000 sq m. Two subsequent buildings: E (15,600 sq m) and F (10,900 sq m) are under construction, and are scheduled to be completed in 2017.

Both the buildings under construction and the ones completed earlier comply with stringent eco-certificates and BREEAM certification standards. A total of 1,370 parking spaces will be available for tenants and visitors. The architectural design of all buildings was created by the architects’ studio DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne. Eiffage Polska Budownictwo is the general contractor of the investment. Enterprise Park has been owned by Tristan Capital Partners and Avestus Real Estate under a joint venture agreement since May 2015.
