The award-winning Enterprise Park complex is a new Class-A office development located in Poland's third largest city of Cracow,in the Podgórze district, which guarantees hassle-free commute by car and public transportation, as well as in the vicinity of the airport and large housing estates.
The Enterprise Park campus currently comprises six completed four-storey buildings virtually 100 percent occupied, providing about 62,000 sqm of high quality space let exclusively to blue-chip international companies such as Aptiv, Aon and Cisco.
Enterprise Park typifies ARE’s approach to its development. It combines state-of-the-art, eco-friendly solutions with amenities for users amid natural landscaped areas, which together create a friendly and motivating environment. A volleyball court, outdoor gym, kindergarten, cycling paths and bike stands, including bike rental, are just some of the facilities at the Enterprise Park complex for employees and visitors.
Originally developed by ARE, Enterprise Park has been owned by Tristan Capital Partners and Avestus Capital Partners under a joint venture agreement since May 2015.
Imagine is a modern office complex centrally located at the intersection of Piłsudskiego and Śmigłego–Rydza streets, which is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2019.
Imagine will not only offer functional space, but aims to become a unique place for the promotion of culture and art, available to both employees of companies and the local community in which it is exists. The asset is located in a Special Economic Zone, on the main road junction with excellent access to public transport, close to the airport and railway container terminal with regular connection, inter alia, to China.
The complex, consisting of three six-storey buildings, offers in total 17,200 sqm of office space in two buildings, including 2,400 sqm dedicated to retail, services e.g. kindergarden and gastronomy. Infinity is a state-of-the-art office project combining Class-A space amid outstanding architecture, in an excellent location in the heart of Wrocław, one of Poland’s biggest and most business friendly cities. Infinity will be built on the attractively located plot at John Paul II Square (at the intersection of Legnicka and Nabycińska streets). Proximity to the Old Town and immediate access to the transport hub at John Paul II Square, serviced by numerous tram and bus lines are some of the key aspects that make this development stand out from other office projects currently underway in the country.
The development, scheduled for completion after mid-2020, provides for the construction of a seven-storey building with a total area of 22,365 sqm. The planned project provides for a modern office building offering 19,818 sqm of office space, 2,547 sqm of retail and service space, and an underground car park with 314 parking spaces. With cyclists in mind, 60 bicycle stands will be provided in a closed-off zone including changing rooms and showers.

Modřanský Háj is currently the fastest growing residential project in Prague. Construction of the residential complex – a mix of low storey family houses, apartment buildings and villas set amongst gardens, greenery and sports amenities – started in 2010 and today comprises seven apartment buildings, 16 family houses and two double villas. In March 2018, construction began of a further 134 apartments in nine apartment buildings, five double villas and three villas with completion planned for between 2019 and 2020.
