Imagine - new investment on the Łódź office market

Imagine, an Avestus Real Estate investment, is a modern and functional office complex located on the corner of Piłsudskiego and Śmigłego-Rydza Streets. The complex offers 14,500 sqm of office space and 2,300 sqm of space dedicated to retail, services and gastronomy. Works are to begin in the 3rd quarter of 2017, and the scheduled completion date is between late 2018 and early 2019.
