The Kraków Enterprise Park office complex is fully leased!

Enterprise Park, the 61,420 sqm Class A office park is now firmly established as a premier office location and regional headquarters for a number of multinational occupiers. 

We are delighted to confirm that following the recent completion of the leasing of the final remaining 4,200 sqm of space, Enterprise Park, is now 100% leased.

We are also delighted to confirm that we have recently agreed the prolongation of lease agreements on 10,700 sqm of space in the complex of which Cisco, a leader in IT and networking solutions, have extended their occupation of 10,700 sqm until 2024.

Cisco is a global leader in networking technology designed to support the internet. The company develops innovative products and solutions in core technology areas such as routers and switches, and in the areas of security, wireless technology, video solutions, collaborative solutions, data centres, virtualization and cloud computing. Cisco has been key tenant in Enterprise Park since 2013 and now occupies almost 19,000 sqm of space on which they have recently extended their commitment for an additional 6 years.

Enterprise Park is a cutting-edge class A office park surrounded by natural greenery and comprises six modern, four-storey buildings with a total area of over 61.420 sqm. The Enterprise Park complex is located in the Podgórze district in the south of Cracow, which guarantees hassle-free commute by car and public transportation from any location in Cracow, as well as the vicinity of the airport and large housing estates. 

The high standard of the space, the advanced technical solutions offered to occupiers and the numerous on-site facilities for the complex users have all contributed to achieving the 100% lease up of all available space. The office park tenants list includes Cisco, i.a: Aptiv, Aon, Weatherford, Warsztat Kulinarny, Olimp and the bilingual KIDS&Co kindergarten and nursery which launched operations at Enterprise Park on 1 September this year.

The office park buildings comply with strict BREEAM certificate ecological standards. Tenants and their guests can avail themselves of 1,224 parking spaces and 600 bicycle racks with cloakrooms and showers.

The architectural design of all buildings was created by the architectural design studio DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne. Eiffage Polska Budownictwo was the general contractor of the investment. Enterprise Park has been owned by Tristan Capital Partners and Avestus Real Estate under a joint venture agreement since May 2015.
