Enterprise Park is Moving Ahead, Earthworks Have Started on Buildings E and F

Stage IV of construction of Enterprise Park in Cracow has just been launched. When finalized, Stage IV will comprise buildings E and F with a total leasable area of 26,000 sq m. Earthworks have already begun and will continue until the end of the year.

Stage IV is the largest part of this investment. Once completed, it will have increased the whole project by nearly 75%, bumping up the total area to 60,000 sq m, with 1,370 parking spaces also available to lessees and their guests. Building E (15,500 sq m) and Building F (10,900 sq m), just like the already completed parts of the complex, will meet strict green standard and will be BREEAM certified.

‘Businesses in the BPO/SSC sector are hungry for office space these days. Considering that there is relatively little high-quality office space in supply in Cracow, this translates into the city’s immense potential for real estate investment. Stage IV of Enterprise Park is more ambitious and much larger in scale than the previous stages. It meets the needs of its time, and will certainly further boost the reputation of this complex among Cracow’s office locations,’ said Mariusz Frąckiewicz, Country Manager of Avestus Real Estate in Poland.

‘We believe that with its excellent location and the great variety of access options, along with our proactive approach to the needs and requirements of lessees, Stage IV of Enterprise Park will generate as much interest as was enjoyed by the previous stages,’ added Marta Wybrańska, Leasing Director at Avestus Real Estate.

At the moment, Enterprise Park comprises three A-class office buildings with a total leasable area of 29,500 sq m. All of them have been fully commercialized. In Q4 2015, another A-class building with an area of 5,900 sq m will be commissioned for use. Lessees include Cisco and Delphi. The completion of Stage IV of Enterprise Park is scheduled for 2017. Architectural studio DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne was in charge of the design, and the general contractor is Eiffage Polska Budownictwo.

Under a joint venture agreement, Enterprise Park became property of European Property Investors Special Opportunities 3 LP (EPISO 3), advised by Tristan Capital Partners and Avestus Real Estate in May 2015.
